The Dugout opened in 2024 and is the home of Bergen Crush and Atlantic Reign.  It will also be the home of many future young players throughout the region.

Our mission is to create and foster a fun and competitive sports environment which promotes developing skills necessary to play youth baseball, includes learning baseball fundamentals and promotes teamwork.  Heavy emphasis on maintaining athleticism while playing. 

Our coaching staff sets an example for our athletes where everyone strives to get 1% better each day and teaches our future leaders to “hold doors open for others”.   

Through proper guidance and leadership, our coaching staff assists our young athletes in becoming better baseball players and developing citizenship, discipline and teamwork.
