INDIVidual Baseball training
Sessions are scheduled directly with the instructor and can be as often as you want. We offer 1-on-1 training for Hitting, Pitching, Catching & Infielding as well as semi-private instruction for up to 4 individuals.
Hitting lessons at the Dugout will focus on a weekly objective building off prior weeks. Use of batting tees, front toss, Hack-Attack machines and live BP throwing as well as short bat and heavy bat. Emphasis on lower body, upper body, appropriate pitch recognition, hitting off-speed pitches and situational hitting. Reinforcement of the use of a “quiet head” approach, staying loose and relaxed at the plate. Heavy focus on maintaining athleticism in the batter’s box.
