Led by Evan Lampert, the goals of the speed and agility sessions are to create efficient and effective footwork movements to improve upon and maximize speed and change of direction. These sessions will also incorporate core strength training and exercises to build muscle and prevent injury in the areas most vulnerable. We will conclude each session with a full lower body static band stretch to reduce inflammation and muscle/ ligament tightness
AGES 8 - 16
Small Age Based Group Sessions - 10 participants
Winter Sessions will consist of one hour per week in a 7-week program. Limited spots to maximize training.
